The Feldenkrais Method® is recognized worldwide as a unique method of human development, movement and learning.

Professional Training in the Feldenkrais® method creates a new professional horizon and also acts as a catalyst in the personal development of the participants, improving their quality of life. The four-year program offers you the opportunity to become a certified Feldenkrais teacher.

After completing the program  you will be able to professionally practice theFeldenkrais Method:

• teaching group lessons, Awareness Through Movement

• teaching individual lessons of Functional Integration.

In October 2015 the first training program in Greece was completed successfully and the first graduates are already working.
